Lutheran Homes of SC (LHSC) launched the Five to Thrive (5TT) initiative and the High Five Club to create a culture of customer service excellence paired with employee appreciation. Residents, patients, clients and their families are our ‘Priorities.’
The High Five Club Program gives Priorities the opportunity to show their appreciation and acknowledge an outstanding employee for ‘going the extra mile, beyond the smile.’
The High Five Club has a three point nomination and review process for monthly, quarterly and annual TeamMate awards of increasing value. At each point of consideration, all nominees will be evaluated to assure that they are in good standing and that their interactions with Priorities are meaningful and reflect extraordinary customer service.
Each program will review all nominees and select a High Five Club TeamMate of the Month who will advance for consideration for companywide awards. The LHSC 5TT Leadership Committee meets throughout the year to select the LHSC High Five TeamMates of the Quarter. All quarterly winners will be invited to an annual awards ceremony where one will be given the honor of the LHSC High Five Club TeamMate of the Year.
To nominate a TeamMate for the High Five Club complete the online form below or print, complete, and send to the facility. Printed forms are also available at each program site. Anyone may nominate an employee. Nomination forms may be submitted at any time.
