  4. Lutheran Hospice is on the right in 0.8 miles.

From Columbia on I-26 East

  1. From I-26 E, take exit 212 onto I-526 E toward Mt. Pleasant.
  2. Take exit 29 for US-17 N towards Georgetown.
  3. Keep left, following signs for Hungry Neck Blvd.
  4. Continue onto Hungry Neck Blvd for 0.4 miles.
  5. Turn right onto Venning Rd. in 0.3 miles.
  6. At the traffic circle, take the third exit onto Rifle Range Rd.
  7. Lutheran Hospice is on the right in 0.8 miles.

From Georgetown on US-17 South

  1. Once in Mt. Pleasant, use the left two lanes to turn left from US-17 S onto SC-517 S/Isle of Palms Con.
  2. In 0.7 miles, turn right onto Rifle Range Rd.
  3. Lutheran Hospice will be on the left in 0.3 miles.
