Life is a precious gift, and every moment deserves to be meaningful and heart-warming during end-of-life care for both our patients and their family and friends.
Because of this, we created the Gifts of Grace program which helps our patients experience a wish come true. These wishes are often simple and uplifting such as a visit from a cherished family member or friend or a final visit to a significant destination in a patient’s life. These smiles and moments of celebration not only change the lives of our patients and their families, but it changes us.
